    Hi, I'm Cristi Leyva, a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate (LPCA), mindset coach, and doctoral student in clinical psychology specializing in trauma, men's mental health, and relationships. My passion lies deeply in empowering individuals to overcome life's most challenging moments, transforming exhaustion, hopelessness, and misunderstanding into clarity, hope, and authentic connection.

    I understand firsthand the complexities of mental health strugglesthe fatigue of feeling unseen, misunderstood, and in need of guidance. My belief is firm: you are not broken; you're simply misaligned with your core values. My work is dedicated to helping you rediscover your inner alignment, reclaim your strength, and restore balance to your life and relationships.

    Constantly immersed in learning and researching innovative therapeutic modalities and advanced coaching techniques, I tailor my sessions uniquely to meet your individual needs. Whether you're a young adult, an individual facing life's transitions, or someone seeking deeper emotional healing, my door is open to clients aged 12 to 70.
